This Privacy Policy explains how ANAY IT Solutions (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website or contact us.
Information we collect

- To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes, services and support.
- To improve our website, content and services.
- To measure the performance of our advertising.
- To comply with legal obligations.

ANAY Workspace app (interns, students, staff and institutes)
ANAY Workspace at /portal is the private app we provide to interns, OJT students, employees, mentors and partner institutes. Accounts are created by ANAY IT SOLUTIONS; login details are sent by email and can be reset only by our managers or HR.
What we store
- Profile: name, email, phone, role, track, college and course, institute, batch, internship or employment dates, mentor and trainer.
- Work and learning: tasks, submissions (text, links and files you upload), reviews and scores, daily work logs, learning-module progress, test attempts and results, leave requests and meeting attendance lists.
- Communication: messages between you and your mentor, trainer, HR or institute contacts, and the in-app notifications sent to you.
- Documents: offer letters, completion and experience letters and certificates issued to you, with a verification ID.
- HR records (employees and interns): attendance check-in/out times and IP address, leave, salary or stipend details, bank account, PAN/UAN, payslips, and the identity and education documents you upload. These are visible only to you, HR and the company admin.
- Security records: sign-in times, device/browser type and IP address of active sessions, failed sign-in attempts and an activity log of sensitive actions.
- AI assistant: if you use “Ask AI”, your questions and the answers are stored in your account so you can continue the conversation; you can clear them at any time.
Who can see it
You can see your own data. Your mentor, trainer, managers and HR can see the work of the people they supervise. If you were placed by a college or institute, that institute can see your progress, results and certificates. The public can only confirm whether a certificate or letter ID is genuine on our verification page; it shows your name, the document type and issue date.
Permissions the app asks for
- Notifications: used only to deliver tasks, deadlines, meeting links and reminders, messages, results and documents — including when the app is closed. Notifications are delivered through your browser's push service (for example Google, Mozilla or Apple) as encrypted messages. You can turn them off at any time in your browser or phone settings.
- Cookies and local storage: a secure, HTTP-only sign-in cookie (valid up to 60 days, revocable from “Signed-in devices”) and your light/dark theme choice. No advertising or tracking cookies are used in the app.
- Files: only the files you choose to attach. The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts or location.
We email your login details, important updates (assigned tasks when chosen, meeting invitations, documents issued to you) and an optional weekly progress summary, which you can switch off in your profile.
Service providers
The app is hosted on our servers in India (Hostinger). Push messages pass through your browser vendor's push service. If the AI assistant is enabled, the text of your questions is sent to Anthropic to generate an answer; do not include passwords or personal information in questions.
Retention and security
Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, all pages use HTTPS, sessions can be signed out remotely, and sign-ins are rate-limited. We keep internship and employment records, including issued certificates, for as long as needed for verification and legal purposes; read notifications are deleted after about four months. To request access, correction or deletion of your data, email anayitsolutions@gmail.com.
Job & internship applications
When you apply at /careers we collect your name, contact details, college and course, the links and resume you provide, your assessment answers and score, interview booking and the interviewers' feedback. We use this only to evaluate your application and contact you about it. Your resume is stored privately and is visible only to our hiring team. If you are not selected we keep the application for up to 12 months for future openings; email us to have it deleted sooner.
Consultation bookings & review requests
When you book a consultation at /book we store your name, phone, email, business name, notes and chosen time to schedule and hold the call, send a confirmation and one reminder. If we ask you for a Google review, we record only whether you opened the review link; the review itself is posted on Google under Google's terms.
